Using “everything” to find and locate your files
Rarely do I find such a program I cannot live without – or tout to all of my friends/family/colleagues. But, as it may, I found another one! “Everything” as appropriately named – means just that. It does find everything! Not only does this program work like many of the other indexing programs (think Google Desktop Search/Yahoo Search/X1, etc) but it can act as a gateway to locating documents/files within your organization. Simply put, Everything! indexes (extremely fast!) and allows you to utilize the built in web-server to share that index with anyone on the network or intranet.
